In the United Arab Emirates, a shop called Goldgenie sell solid gold-plated iPhone and pictorial Donald Trump. The selling price reached 151000 USD, or about 2.02 billion IDR.
Goldgenie is a store for the rich. How is it possible, this shop sells goods plated solid gold or studded with diamonds.
Goldgenie first opened in London in 1989, before finally expands to the Middle East.
"In this world there are people who are unusually rich with super high income, and sometimes difficult to give a gift for them because they have everything," says Managing Director Frank Goldgenie Fernando, as preached CNN Money, Saturday (24/12/2016) ,
The idea to sell gold-plated iPhone and pictorial Donald himself, continued Fernando, originated from the request of a conglomerate woman from China who remain anonymous. He asked Goldgenie make sophisticated smart phone covered with gold and engraved picture Trump.
Fernando believes noblewoman origin 'Bamboo Curtain country' was familiar with Trump and want to give a gift to her after her inauguration as US president in January 2017.
