Marissa Mayer withdrew from Yahoo

Marissa Mayer reportedly officially withdraw from Yahoo officials. This shocking news thought to the impact of the sale of Yahoo to Verizoon in July last year. Nobody knows causal Mayer retreated.

As reported by Business Insider and Techcrunch, Tuesday (10/1), the decision Mayer withdrew from the Yahoo board of directors chair, made five other officials also participated withdraw. The fifth officials it was David Filo, Eddy Hartenstein, Richard Hill, Jane Shaw and Maynard Webb.

"The resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company or related operations, policies or business practices," said the Yahoo.

Even so, there is still no board survived. The board of directors who survive among Tor Braham, Eric Brandt, Catherine Friedman, Thomas McInerney and Jeffrey Smith.

Five directors who survived were rumored to be managing Altaba. Altaba is a company formed by Yahoo in which assets are 15 per cent owned 35.5 percent of Alibaba and Yahoo Japan shares.
